Smart Home Christmas Lighting

Lights at Christmas have become much more popular in recent times, with some people covering the outside of their homes and gardens. Our preference is for something a bit more subtle though.

Christmas Tree

We prefer a real Christmas tree but we often go away for Christmas and when we do, we use a fake tree to avoid the resulting dropped needles. In both cases though, we have lights that are fully automated and a zero-touch user experience, intelligently driven by occupancy in our lounge and dining room. No voice control or remote control is required.

Our smart home is also intelligent enough to know when we are up each morning by using our UpUp algorithm. On Christmas morning it will also run a custom 'Christmas Morning' scene.

Tittle Light

We were original investors on Indiegogo for the Tittle Light back in February 2016. This device can provide a number of interesting, seasonal effects and not just Christmas related ones.

Outside Christmas Tree

Outside Christmas tree

We often have a small Christmas tree outside our front door with low voltage twinkling lights on it. This uses a controller so that it is enabled over the Christmas period only (using a start date and end date).
